It was 40 years ago when I bought my first new vehicle. That vehicle was a Nissan pick up truck from Kelly Nissan Beverly. Since then due to my financial situation I haven't been able to go to a dealership. 3 months ago that changed and I decided to buy a new car. When I arrived at the dealership I said to the salesman that I wasn't going to go back and forth. I wanted the cheapest brand new car available. He showed me a Versa. I drove it off the lot 2 hours later with everything but a sticker, which I got 2 days later. The sticker was literally a 15 minute wait. Sadly enough I paid the car off three months later and the was totaled in an accident. The day I received my payment for the car I came back to Nissan Lynnfield. The salesman that took care of me was there. I told him what happened and that again I didn't want to go back and forth. I decided to go with a used vehicle and I gave him a number I was looking for. Again I drove the car off the lot 2 hours later. What was so special about this purchase was that the car Salesman was leaving to go on vacation the same day that I was there. He told me that no matter what he had to do. He would make sure that I was taken care of before he left that building that type of service isn't seen with many companies so this is a very long review, but everything about Kelly Nissan and the way I was treated was phenomenal. I have nothing but good things to say about them as a group and I especially appreciate what my Salesman Chris did for me. I could go on and on and there are several things that I left out that was special to getting me into a vehicle as quick as possible without ripping me off or directing me in the wrong direction. EXPERIENCE WAS QUICK AND A GREAT EXPERIENCE ESPECIALLY SINCE IVE BEEN DEALING WITH CANCER SINCE 2013 I FOUND THE EXCAT MAKE & MODEL I WANTED. I WAS LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET COREY RAGUSA AS MY SALESMAN NO BACK & FORTH TEN TIMES WE WORKED IT OUT QUICK I WASN'T RUSHED BY ANYONE BUT I WANTED TO HEAD OUT CAUSE I WASN'T FEELING WELL SO A NICE LITTLE TEST DRIVE OF THE NISSAN ROGUE TOTALLY LOVE THE VEHICLE THEN A QUICK PLEASANT SITDOWN WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER CHRISTINE DELORBE THEN MAYBE 15 MINUTE'S LATER I WAS OUT THE DOOR HEADING HOME. I COULD HAVE GONE BACK THE SAME DAY FOR THE SUV BUT COREY WAS NICE ENOUGH TO DELIVER IT RIGHT TO MY HOME AT 10 AM THE NEXT MORNING ON SATURDAY LIKE PROMISED WASHED,CLEAN NEW PLATES, STICKER AND A FULL TANK OF GAS AND I GAVE HIM A 10 MINUTE RIDE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP THEN SHOWED IT TO MY WIFE WHO WAS THRILLED WITH THE PURCHASE AND THE REST WAS HISTORY. I'VE HAD DOZENS OF CARS IN MY LIFE PROBABLY 7 OR 8 WERE BOUGHT AT DEALERSHIPS & THIS WAS BY FAR THE EASIEST, QUICKEST PURCHASE. JUST HOW I LIKE IT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP ALL DAY LONG ONLY THING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER WOULD HAVE BEEN A HOTDOG VENDER IN THE PARKING LOT. BUT SERIOUSLY THE TWO PEOPLE I DEALT WITH WERE VERY CONSIDERATE AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY MEDICAL CONDITION AND WHAT I WANTED TO SPEND AND THEY MADE IT HAPPEN AND I WILL HONESTLY ALWAYS BE GRAETFUL AND WILL SEND ANYONE I KNOW LOOKING FOR A NEW OR USED NISSAN TO KELLY NISSAN OF LYNNFIELD.
