My first oil change and tire rotation was a very pleasant experience. Making an appointment was very simple with lots of availability. When I arrived I had a few questions about my car and the service agent was happy to clear them up. It was quick experience, but my wait time was comfortable with a lot of available seating, and even a latte maker!!!

Great personality and ambience. People are friendly and accomodating. Will definitely come back again in the future if I need a car.

My name is Ulises, I recently bought a Civic type R from the dealership. It was a smooth experience except the fact that they always want to sell this cars for more than sticker. It had and extra list of accessory costs, GPS package for 1999 dollars, Deluxe all weather acccesories for 1699 dollars, and last but not least, door guard and vinyl protection for 995 dollars. I didn’t want to pay for the GPS, it’s outrageous price is not worth it, but hey said that they will pay you extra if the car ever gets stolen. Didn’t want to, manager Mo Barr, said he could waive since it was installed, and what not, insisted that if the car didn’t came with it from factory, it could be removed, said that’s is not free, and that it was already a low price compared to the fact there was only 3 vehicles like this in ALL OF CALIFORNIA! And they had 2. How dare he right? Anyways, he lowered to 650 dollars, and I kept the other 2 options since I wanted them in the car. Then onto finance manager, what does he tell me, “you have one year GPS, I’ll upgrade you to the pro, the pro covers you the most, and if the car gets stolen or lost, they pay you 5000 dollars extra on top of what the insurance pays you” Say what? Unbelievable that’s what Mr Mo Barr said I was getting already! The crook. Anyways, I have the car, I’m on my way to fix something’s they sold me on my 1699 accesory package that are not on my car, because they don’t fit the model, so I’ll see what I can get in exchange, and I’ll update this review! Thank you! Overall, ok experience, friendly staff, willing to negotiate, but careful of this manager, and also, never hesitate to ask them what you’re paying and what they giving you for your money.

Was great service and quick while I waited and enjoyed coffee and some tv. The service advisor was awesome!! Will be back!
