Took in my car in 4/7 for a recall. Three hours later they told me they need to order parts to fix the problem. That’s ridiculous. Now I have to waste another part of my day. Toyota should had parts available for this recall. Still haven’t received a call to schedule my appointment
I have the best service adviser Medka Thompson. He’s very helpful, he always goes beyond.
Very courteous, good people skills, and efficient, notified on repairs if needed, clean dealerships, all your staff have been trained
