We recently purchased a 2025 Volvo XC40 on a Friday, and the buying process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Two days later, while driving the vehicle, the check engine light unexpectedly came on. I called the service department and was blown away by how responsive and helpful they were. They told me I could bring the car in immediately. Although I wasn’t able to come in until the next day, they were extremely accommodating and worked around my schedule. They provided a rental vehicle so I could get to work, completed the repair the very same day, and even washed the car before I arrived to pick it up. The repair was fully covered under warranty, so there was no charge. I have genuinely never experienced service this good—especially so soon after purchasing a vehicle.
