To be fair, I do have a hard time giving Robert Goldberg a 5, but I was told by a manager that reviews influence how they get paid. As I was rather frustrated with the lack of responses when I requested getting the extended warranty removed from the purchase. It wasn't until I spoke with a manager directly did I get the actual confirmation I was asking for from him. Mike from sales was great and very helpful.

Tire air pressure light kept coming on. Got appointment that same afternoon and I had 3 nails in tire. Judy kept me updated throughout process.
Dylan was very professional and courteous. He explained the finance, extended warranty in details to me.
Routine checkup. Matt was very helpful. He suggested I make my next appointment before my warranty was up. I was happy he suggested it.
