The appt. went the way I wanted it to go which is the reason I come across the river to use DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota in the first place from New Windsor. I am not sure who it was exactly that worked on my vehicle. They are all excellent at this location which is why I come here. My last vehicle was from here.

I originally went to have routine maintenance done on my 2022 lease and asked if I could speak with someone about my options for turning the lease in early. Let’s just say, I put a deposit down and picked up a 2025 hybrid three days later with lower monthly payments and a small refund from the insurance company. We’re very satisfied.
Professional, accomidating but could have been better and more direct about problem issues (e.g., no CT registration completed, no joint, Bette OR Robert, names on title and reg, missing cargo cover etc.).
