Jacob Staub was excellent as always! Friendly and helpful. He helped me understand which repairs were critical and which weren't.
My experience with Koons Westminster Toyota had been a pleasant with no negative interaction. Professional staff that take time to explain procedures and do not look for an opportunity to take advantage of the costumer.
Great service during those appointments included in my vehicle purchase but was mislead on my first paid oil change when quoted that was what I was due for then at the appointment several other items were brought to my attention as being “due” and I paid an additional $300 for these items I should have been notified of when I scheduled. In addition I mentioned I was out of washer fluid but it was not filled as I was told it would be
Everyone was super nice and helpful. I dont see my sales person Angel listed below but he was wonderful and funny. Went out of his way to find a rare part that my new used truck needed. the manager Jeremy was also super nice and helpful.
They are Friendly, with a very good attitude polite. I recommend this dealer always try to help and explain everything.
