Excellent service. James was very courteous and professional as my service advisor. James kept me informed of my vehicles repair process with texts and phone messages.
Easy to schedule online. Drop off was a little confusing if you’ve never been there, improved signage or direction would be better. I had to call back after dropping my car off as the service guy who checked me in refused to do a service I asked for however when I called and got someone different there wasn’t any issue.
Milo and his service team always do an excellent job. I have bought all of my vehicles here and had them serviced here since the facility opened 25+ years ago.
Everyone was professional and a pleasure to work with them. Kyle Smith went out of his way to make us comfortable while paperwork was being processed. He did everything to give us a great price for both vehicles! Koons Toyota is our go to dealership! Thanks for another great experience!
