Absolutely outstanding experience with Chandler at Nissan Regal! From start to finish, Chandler was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the right vehicle. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from Regal Nissan for my 19-year-old daughter. It was supposed to be a joyful milestone—her first car. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. What’s worse is the customer service. The salesperson was dismissive and unhelpful when we reached out. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. My daughter and I have been in tears over this. We trusted Regal Nissan, and we feel completely betrayed. They sold me an ant infested car. Please do not waste your time and money in this dealership, they are very dishonest people. They don't even deserve one star.
The manager attempted to scam me by charging me for enhancements to the vehicle which they had not performed. The sales specialist I was assigned was Sean Light and manager was Son Van who introduced himself as Monty. I had visited this dealership to see a pre-owned vehicle and they provided me a quote which included a charge for $955 for an item called REGAL GUARD which are wheel locks and this price for wheel locks was already inflated to begin with. However, when reviewing the Carfax report for the vehicle, I noticed that the wheel locks were already installed by another dealership before the vehicle was sold to the first owner so clearly Regal Nissan did not install the wheel locks even though they were attempting to charge for it. I also noticed that the only work that this dealership had done on this vehicle was inspections and oil change which is also shown on the Carfax report. When I brought this to the Regal Nissan manager's attention, they started being uncooperative and unprofessional due to the fact that they got caught twice in a row attempting to scam me by charging for something which they had not done. Their uncooperative behavior displayed their unethical business practice and dishonesty for attempting to scam a customer.
Let me start off by saying , Tyler Jackson is a wonderful salesman He made it so easy to purchase my new Nissan Frontier and he stayed within my budget for price and payments. I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I worked with did a great job, If I ever need another pick up truck Tyler Jackson at Regal Nissan would definitely be my go to!!! Zachary Lovett
Service advisor was proficient and very knowledgeable. I went in for my first oil change. I was in and out in 1 hour. Very excellent service from Orlando.
