I had the best car buying experience I've ever had!!! I wasn't sure what to expect going to a motorcar showroom - I've always gone to a name brand dealership. I was able to make an appointment to see the car I wanted and best of all the general manager( Joe) knew when i would be there. I will be going to Richard's and recommend Richard's to anyone.

This place is a hidden gem. Boston North is literally full of car dealerships, so much so that I didn't know something like this existed. This place literally has the biggest selection of trucks of anywhere I visited. What really did it for me was they literally sell for the price on their website. There is no xx. Best selection. Best price. I wish I could make a commercial for this place. There is 1 or 2 sales guys (bob) and then Joe who I think is the GM. Do you self the favor and go make it simple with these guys, I wish I went sooner. I will post a pic of my Denali asap!

Mercedes search finally over. I have literally waited a year to find the right AMG. Google brought me to Richards Motorcars in Mass all the way from New York. I did most of the process over the phone and never even went to the dealership. I had the car shipped to me directly and it arrived even better than described. These guys do not make it feel like a typical car experience. I couldn't be happier with the no non sense vibe I got. Everything was to the point, as explained and pretty much perfect. If you need a truck this is where to go. I was looking for an F150 lariat. they had a few new body's available. I called to ask if I could come and see the Lifted red f-150 with 16k and stopped in that day. The truck was like new and needed nothing other than routine service. I don't think I could have found a better truck for less money. I think they purposely try to price their trucks cheaper than any dealer around them. So happy I found this place.

We purchased a truck recently . Ron was professional and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. Very fair and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Saw an add on line for a Dodge Ram today. I called spoke to cheryl and she immediately got me a sales person. His name is Dan. Dan and i talked three or four times today on my interest with the truck. I did the loan application on line once he received it he called me to go over it cuz i didnt put in a few things. Ya see he is working hard to help me expedite this so when my son goes tomorrow and loves it he already saw the picture and loves it. Dan called me back with the numbers. I told him what my deposit was. He was kind enough to do an electronic payment. He took his time. And now all the paper work is done so now he sends all his vehicles through a service check so he know s your getting a good vehicle. I am so pleased with the level of dedication all day.
