I scheduled an oil change (prepaid) and inspection online. I immediately received a call telling me I had to reschedule. After doing so, I broke my left hip and elbow in a sports accident. I was able to a relative to assist with driving from 6/18 to 6/24. However, after explaining my situation, no accomodation was offered. I reached out to Joel by email and then phone to see if he had a suggested alternative and received no response. I'm not sure who else to call. After buying 3 chevys here since 2012 and getting all service done here, I had hoped to see the loyalty returned Customer service involves empathy and that was sorely missing. I'm now scheduled for July 3 and hopefully I will be cleared to drive. 2 stars is generous based on this. I even suggested allowing someone from the dealer pick it up and complete the service. Oh well, a lesson learned.
Scott Fyvie was an amazing sales person, he listened to all of my needs and went above and beyond. Nick DeNooyer did such a great job making sure I got approved and did everything in his power to make sure I could do business with DeNooyer
