Tony DiPace was wonderful to work with. At no point did we feel pressured. He is efficient and very knowledgeable.
Bought our vehicle on line and closed on the day we picked it up site unseen. Their descriptions, photos, vehicular history all provided as well as comments as to excellent condition were as stated. Exceptional vehicle sold by honest people, We would buy from them again
Easy scheduling. Does a good job with the vehicle. Normally very transparent pricing. Needed a diagnostic to pass inspection, was told an additional service was needed and would be sent a quote. No problem. Never got the quote and had to verbally approve without seeing the quote; after the service was done the vehicle was never re-inspected. Need to go elsewhere and take more time off the road to get the inspection sticker.

Sales team was good, paperwork was made easy, loan process was painless. I wish someone had taken the time to show me how to operate the newer features I was unfamiliar with and teach me about operating the 4 wheel drive as I have never owned one and the truck did not come with a user manual. I would recommend this dealership as I feel the shortcomings were more of an oversight than neglect.
