It was a real pleasure working with Nelli on the negotiation process, we drove over 50 miles from Orange County because we had read good reviews about this business and also, they had the color of the vehicle we were interested in, although we were also considering similar vehicles at other local dealers as well. Nelli was friendly and answered all our questions. At the end, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the red bow on the car after we walked out the dealership to drive away. Overall, a pleasant experience and made the long drive (along with my wife and teenage daughter) definitely worth it. Thank you!
