Had a great experience at Tony Nissan. Ethan Karr was very professional, caring and considerate. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Wait time for my vehicle was okay. I will definitely request Ethan for future appointments.
I bought my 2016 Nissan Rogue for service on August 26, 2025. The service advisor was Tommy Factora. Tommy provided excellent service. He is very courteous and professional. The tech found a problem and Tommy was able to cover the issue through the extended service contract. This is why my son and daughter also purchased Nissan from Tony. Continue the good work. Tommy is irreplaceable.
Very responsive to customer needs and caring to accommodate. Sales team knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment.
Seem to be price gouging lately. Good in take service but charges are very high.

Im very disappointed with your service department I was there for a kind piece service and within three weeks or four weeks after the service my battery went completely dead. Need to have AAA insurance to come in and replace the battery I was stalled at Ewa beach. Through the warranty of the vehicle I thought that when you service a vehicle that means check the battery as well so as far as I’m concerned, I am very disappointed. It cost me over $200 just to get the vehicle again.
