Working with Robert was an outstanding experience. Coming from Austin and not I needed to make sure my deal was done before I committed to the drive to Dallas. I appreciated how smooth he made the process from start to finish. We communicated extensively over text to work out the details in advance, and Robert was always patient, clear, and professional. I was probably a tougher client for him because of my constraints. I was very firm about the payment amount I needed to be at, and Robert along with his manager worked multiple angles to make it happen. Their persistence and creativity in structuring the deal truly made the difference. By the time I arrived on Saturday, everything was prepared, and the paperwork was quick and hassle-free. This was my second vehicle purchase with the dealership, and because of experiences like this, I expect to return for future purchases as well.
