New service manager. Much improved Service Dept. Service makes a big difference in the dealerships we use. I was ready to switch until this last appointment.

I was there for just an oil change. After an hour and a half, I went to the service department to find out the status of my vehicle , since it typically does not take that long for just an oil change. He said it was currently being washed so I went and sat down A few minutes later. He came out and said my car was all set and proceeded to tell me that he was sorry that it took so long and that they were not charging me for the service. I was very surprised and thankful for their kind gesture. I have always had good service but this situation was above and beyond what I expected.

Poor quality customer service Poor quality customer service. I felt like an afterthought. That i was rushed in and out with no communication. I had to initiate the plans and eta and got only excuses that they are short staffed. No empathy just get me out the door like I was a burden.

Got me in quickly to check out my problem Took about an hour as promised
