12/15/25 I bought a used Jeep G Cherokee 2018 with 119842 mi. Almost immediately after the car started leaking staining my driveway (diagnostic: timing cover and oil filter leaks). Even though the purchase was "as is", I asked myself how a famous dealer c'd sell a pre-owned car in that condition ? Thanks God I purchased the FlexCare insurance but I'm still thinking that it's not fair.

I have a We Owe item from my vehicle purchase on December 9. As of today, I have not received any update from the salesperson despite allowing ample time for follow-up. While the item itself may seem minor (headphones), the length of time it has taken to obtain information or resolution is concerning. If it is this difficult to fulfill a simple We Owe item on a new vehicle purchase, it raises serious concerns about how more important issues would be handled should they arise, and how quickly they would be addressed.
