Management Not Trustworthy - contacted dealer on Thursday, test drove vehicle on Friday, was told by used car manager (Storm) he would get back to me on a price for my used vehicle on Saturday. I hadn't heard anything so called on Saturday around 11AM. He gave me a price from one place and told me he was waiting to hear back from one other dealer to see if he could get more. I said that was fine and I wasn't in a rush just let me know and we will work the numbers out since we were not that far apart. Expected to get a call at the end of the day and didn't hear anything. It was Saturday and I know it's a busy day so no big deal. I got a text Monday morning from the salesman with the final numbers. I called back 10 minutes after the text and said fine, just le me know if I need to put a deposit down or what the next step was. I asked if they could look at the drivers seat because of some damage and I would call them back at lunch when I got a break. Called back and they sold it to someone else from an online application. I was stunned. I complained to the General Manager (Jason) and he just made excuses and then made remarks about me behind my back to other employees. So if they are willing to treat a combat veteran this way how do you think they will treat you? They obviously don't care about American values if it means making a few more bucks off of someone else under your nose.
Lets be honest when you go to look for a car its not always something you are most excited about, should it be? ABSOLUTELY! The team and staff over here at Pat O'Brien will give you just that experience, and most importantly consider you as a friend not a number of some sort. I say this as someone who purchased but as well works here on a daily basis, I get up and enjoy coming to work every day because I know that I have somewhere honest to go work that gives me all the tools to be the absolute best I can. It is more than just a business, or car dealer, or service. They and we are a family and would love to welcome you, so what are you waiting for? Come on down and join the best family in Ohio, and possibly all around because the experience here is everything.

any one who pays "UP-FRONT PRICING" deserves what they get. as over priced as"spitzer" is. only a fool would buy here at these prices, new or used
