Mercedes- Benz of Lynnfield is an A1 operation overall, but their service department is fantastic. My vehicles have been serviced by Mercedes-Benz of Lynnfield for the last 15 years and have never had a problem - they know what they are doing, the service personnel are just great - every single one of them! Other automobile companies should have the men and women that staff this department!!

Ben was very helpful in answering my questions. This dealership had the car that I was looking for but I will use my local Mercedes dealer for service based on convenience. I would recommend Ben as a good sales person based on his responsiveness.

Ive been with this dealership since my first Mercedes. Always excellent service and sales department. for this sale Dumitru Marcu was great. I had initially come in to look at a pre owned that Maria had found. It wasn't right for me and Dumitru found me a new car that fit my needs with a very reasonable trade. Everything went expediently and I'm very happy with my new ride. I must mention Darnell from financing. She was wonderful, Ive worked with her before but had forgotten how much fun she is to work with. All in all I had a great experience. I hope to continue my service relationship with Renan as my service advisor. He's the greatest for the long term relationship you have with the service department.
