I love this dealership ! I just purchased a new Crown Signis, my second purchase from Falmouth Toyota, AGAIN, the salesperson was pleasant, helpful, efficient, and located the exact car that I was hiping to buy. He arranged delivery on my schedule and was prepared to "seal the deal" when I arrived. I returned to Falmouth Toyota for this second purchase because this dealer is a dream to deal with for maintenance. You are greeted by name when you arrive; they are organized as they process your arrival and maintenance needs; they provide a reliable estimate as to how long the maintenance visit will require; the facility is neat; the waiting areas (including a quiet room) are very clean; the free WIFI signal is strong, allowing you to work while you wait; and there is free coffee.

Despite some challenges relating to an out of state registration, Maeve was excellent in keeping us informed, up-to-date and ultimately made the whole purchasing process easy....great job and thanks.

I have had an excellent relationship with Falmouth Toyota since 2011 when I bought a new Prius from them, and had it serviced every 5000 miles. It was an excellent car., but the axle broke and. I decided to replace it. I wanted to buy from them because the product and service was so exceptional. I called , saying that I needed to buy a car and the operator gave me salesman Ronnie Skahfeiden. He hung in there with me and found me a 2026 Prius which I am very happy with. Thank you Ronnie! And I also want to thank Derek Ditmars who sat in the car with me and my 2 friends who drove me there and explained all the new tech features in the car. He did an outstanding job!
