My experience at Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake was just as I expected. Nothing Less Than Excellent!!! From the time I pulled up for my service appointment the young man that went and got my services representative ( Erika Pressley) was extremely professional by given me greeting of the day then asked me if I a specific service representative. Once I gave him Erika’s name, he was professional in letting me know that he would let her I had arrived for my 10:20 appointment. He also politely asked me to turn off my car and place my key on the dashboard. Once Ms Erika came over she was courteous and professional as well! Ms. Erika is always kind and professional by asking if I have any concerns regarding my vehicle outside my regular schedule maintenance appointment. I ask Erika if I could get a loaner vehicle and she informed me that she would check for me. Which she did and there was one for me. The gentleman that assisted me with get my loaner was Christian. He was also polite and professional. Sterling Clear Lake’s staff always serves me with kindness and treats me like they appreciate my business and that is why I continue to bring them my business. Whenever I call Erika with questions or to schedule an appointment she gets back with me and a timely manner and works around my needs.
