Marvin was great, only thing I would say is that when you are waiting on a vehicle there should be constant update especially when you put deposit in June and don't receive vehicle until September of I would have had range it would have been a better experience.
They were very easy to work with and accommodating to our schedules and needs. Thank you!

We have two Lexus SUVs. We bought a new RX350 Luxary in 2024 and my wife liked it so much we came back this past March and got her a 26 RZ 350e. We love them and we love the service we always receive fron Jim Hudson Lexus. That is a big reason we have two in our garage. Danny Chupek did a fantastic job of taking care of us. We needed to have the 26 RZ 350e serviced. Danny put us in a very nice loaner for us to drive around and do some shopping. Things could not have gone any smoother. Thanks Danny for taking such great care if us.
