Colonial VW is probably the best VW dealership on the planet (well at least it is for NA). The service team is phenomenal. The sales team is excellent. Honesty is their motto, and even though that’s hard to believe for a car dealership, this one is the exception. Great support all around. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, explain all the work that is being done, and will not try to upcharge you on service. Jefferson was great, Jourdan was a pleasure to work with, the service manager Bill is a great down to earth guy, and even the finance manager was great. Awesome team! Highly recommend!

They provide good service and a shuttle but never have any loaners available. Makes it super inconvenient
