When I returned, the team addressed the issue with my windshield-washer jets and made sure I was taken care of. I made an appointment for a state inspection. The appointment wasn't showing in the computer. The lady who checked me in was fantastic. She still got me in, was courteous. I wasn't met with someone telling me I would have to reschedule. I really appreciated that. I wish I had her name because she was awesome. Later I found out I mistakenly made the appointment for the dealership in Norfolk. Yall can expect me to return for future appointments. Simply put it was how I was treated by your rep. Thx again.
