Most excellent service from Michael, Kary, Alex, Angelina, and crew on the purchase of a new 4-series convertible, which they brought over from the Winter Park store. They answered a lot of questions and were very patient . I also have to mention Rich in the kitchen, definitely an asset! I would buy from here again.
I had a wonderful experience yesterday at Fields BMW of Daytona. Nicole in service was awesome! From the minute I was greeted she treated me like family. She recommended services and helped me to go over services without any hard sell but was so informative with the information she provided me. As a new BMW owner I’m still learning but the whole overall experience & customer service I received was top notch & excellent. Fields really pays attention to detail & listens to the customer which is very important. I did t feel rushed at all. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Humberto Cruz. Generally when you visit car dealerships, it can be a very stressful event. I must commend Mr. Cruz for his professionalism throughout our visit, I have rarely had the type of encounter that was experienced with Mr. Cruz. He offered information and answered any questions that we had with a smile and reassurance that is rare in todays world. I would gladly recommend Mr. Cruz to anyone that I encounter, as well as the Fields Auto Group, they exceeded our expectations!
My experience was first with Paul who ran diagnostics on my 13 yr old hardtop 335i which I loved. It was beyond repair so Paul took me to see Michael Tavares. He was really helpful with finding 2 cars that fit almost exactly what I was looking for. He kindly facilitated the process of getting a good trade for my old car through a referral to Carmax and then finishing up what needed to be done to get my "New" used car ready for delivery. He is talented with working through some minor issues and overall very successful and happy with my purchase from Field's.
Good service, had to wait a while for an oil change. I was tild when we bought the car would be a quick oil change
