I had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Encino, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben Benyoucef, the salesperson who assisted me in getting my black on black Mercedes. From start to finish, Ben was incredibly professional, yet still made the whole process fun and stress-free. His approach to negotiation was straightforward, transparent, and made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend Ben Benyoucef and his sales manager Larry Killingsworth are true gems and to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience. If you're planning to visit Mercedes-Benz of Encino, be sure to ask for them!
My tire was going flat and I made it to the dealership with about 22 pounds of air remaining. A new tire was placed on my vehicle and I was in and out in about 50 minutes.

Our family gets our Mercedes from this dealership, and the main reason is their great service department. They are honest, helpful, great listeners, and focused on customer service! And their staff and assistants are very caring, with ethical follow-up and excellent communication skills. Tony, Kevin and their manager David in the Service Department are the best service providers we've ever experienced!
I purchased 2018 GLE after seeing it from TrueCar and I have verified the price from another internet sale site. Tyler Kim was very helpful and patient with me but his manager does not seems to be supportive. We arrived 1.5 hours before it closes with all paperworks already emailed. the manager were pushing Tyler to hurry up because they are closing in an hour; infront of me. I thought that was rude and showing no importance to the customers. I paid the car in full with personal check so less paperworks done on site.
