Matt at grand Subaru in Bensenville was extremely helpful, Professional and a great salesman he answered all of my questions found two cars for me to test drive I would highly recommend this dealership they are honest and trustworthy, and they really work together as a team from the service department to the financial department and the sales people.

Just purchased a new 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Grand Subaru, and this was easily the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and without any games. We received a great price, a very fair trade-in allowance, and—most importantly—there were no surprise fees at any point in the process. My salesperson, Jeff Shade, was excellent to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time—no pressure, no gimmicks, just clear communication throughout. That made a huge difference and is not something you always find at dealerships. The finance portion was just as smooth. Sandy Cuttone was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The entire process was low-pressure and well explained, which made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car surprisingly pleasant.
