My experience today with Honda accord dealership for Services a zero today at 2 o’clock no one walked up to the car to ask me what was I here for? I sat in the car at least 5 to 7 minutes before anyone asked me have anyone help me? I stated to them know the young man asked me to leave the keys in the car and someone will be out shortly.., after sitting there in the waiting room for 45 minutes to an hour I noticed my car was still sitting in the garage area waiting to be serviced. It had not moved. I asked the representative why haven’t my car been moved yet to get service after all the other cars after me had been moved..
