People were very friendly and helpful to my query. They were also accommodating and understanding when I called the service team to tell them I was going to be late to pick up my car—they were able to make something work so I can pick my car today instead of Monday.
Excellent customer service. Everyone was very nice and very professional. They were patient and helpful.
Service department cannot seem to get its act together. Very disorganized. Also extremely slow!! They over-promise and under-deliver. I will choose a different service department in the future.
