This may well be one of the most pleasant car transactions I have experienced in my life. My wife and I felt welcome, and the entire dealership seemed to work very hard to make my visit a pleasant experience. The automotive consultant was knowledgeble, helpful, curteous, and answerred all questions about the car, a 2009 Ford Mustang Convertable. When we sat down with the loan officer, he was able to fins a lower interest rate than the 3.9 we already could get at our credit union.

Jim Hayes company listed a vehicle on Autotrader.com, and in the process is not honoring the price for which he had it listed for. Which is a voliation of the "Visitor Agreement" listed on the Autotrader.com website. So, I have had to notify the Better Business Bureau, Dodge, and my local Attorney Generals office, which a complaint was filed with each company. In a conversation I had with Jim Hayes personally, he stated the he is "1 in customer service", which with my experience i don't think that is accurate. I give this company a "0", and will not reccommend them to anyone.
