what could have been even better would have been a better plan on making the transition to the new owner on a date that did not happen with the last few days of the rebate on EV vehicles. you totally disappeared over the whole week end and then, as could be expected, have to unwind a lot of glitches in data, files, phones etc. not well thought out my friends. not sure if that was the buyer or seller but you made a large confidence error.

I have purchased many vehicles, both for work and personally, and I have never had such an easy transaction. Tom in finance was super efficient and made the whole process smooth! Again, the best buying experience I have ever had.
