Repairs not performed properly on 1st visit. Had to pay again for same service. Complaints to district manager went unresponded to. Ended up getting service in Houghton Lake, MI - much better service. Superior's service sucks. No more of my business.
Superior Cadillac GMC in Brighton puts the sleazy back into used car salesman. They do not stand by their prices, even when given adequate backup of their OWN website showing the advertised price. They claim to have sent accessories multiple times that were included in the original deal (but not available on the day of purchase), yet the items never show up. They use the "we'll call you back once we have looked into this" and never call back. They claim to not have received messages, faxes, calls, even when you have confirmed with their office that everything was received. They pressure you for insurance and guarantees that you do not need, yet do not include the 3 month OnStar feature that is supposed to be free (and promised by them to be free). Overall, I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone. John Dasky and Terry Nadeau were the managers I dealt with and Scott Pratt was the salesman. There are plenty of dealerships in Michigan - find one that is not Superior Cadillac!
