My experience purchasing my new SMART car could not have been more perfect. The entire transaction was seamless. This was not the first car that I have purchased from Baker Motor Company and it will not be the last!

I have purchased well over 20 both new and used cars from the Baker Motors group over the years with never a disappointment I send my friend and relatives and they report the same. No high pressure, they are simply there to serve and that brings me back time and time again.

I have grown up with my parents buying cars from Baker. To give you perspective my dad has a Porsche Cayenne and my mom has Jaguar. I was in the market for a Mercedes. I am just starting off in my companies and I was interested in buying a luxury car rather than my 2014 Dodge Dart. After looking at the car I wanted we went inside to work numbers. They were offering 13,500 on a brand new Dart that should have been a clean retail trade. The car I was looking at was a fleet vehicle with 5,000 miles on it. Since it was a fleet and a tax write off I would have imagined they could have more wiggle room in the price. The salesman was very greedy and would not come off anything in the asking price. I received a call the day after saying that I should go to a different dealer because they would be able to give me a better deal. I was floored that he would say that! Baker has lost my business and my future business. I will drive down to Florida or to Columbia from Isle of Palms before I go back to Baker!

Went to buy a new ml350..they showed us a used, damaged one...long story short. ..they had no new 2015's in saleable condition, but if I would write them a non-refundable check for $1000., they could get one in that might suit us. We left...won't ever go back. Bought a new BMW X5 down the street 1 mile from Baker.

I have had my Infiniti G 37 S coupe serviced by this dealership since new and it has been a pleasure. Chance and Victor are a class act and have provided a very good experience over the last seven years. As long as own the vehicle they will be the only dealership to work on it.

Recent customer experience survey. Enjoy! I would like to start with the purchase experience. That was honestly the best part. My salesman was great, he didn't have a lot of knowledge of the s600, but in his defense, it had been on the lot exactly 1 day. Now throughout my purchase experience, it was great. I asked to have the car inspected and was reassured that my vehicle had been taken care of and that it had been looked over by the Mercedes mechanics at your dealership with a fine-toothed comb. Now, I do not know what kind of comb they were using, but they must of had a *expletive* blindfold on. The interior.. Literally falling apart.. Perhaps I should of had this looked into harder, but the best part is coming. The actual function of the car is awesome, however, when you sent me this survey I had literally had the car in my possession for 3 days out of the 2.5-3 weeks since I had purchased it, you quite literally could of asked the service center about my car as they had had it for the majority of that time. Another issue I have.. I was quoted a $3800 bill for the car on a ABC pump replacement within 72 hours of owning the car. THANKS! How the *expletive* your mechanics missed that, I dont know.! Honestly, you can't even deny it, as your service people have confirmed it was broken before I bought it. The was this was confirmed, was when the pump was replaced a hose blew off.. The hose blew off because, as you can imagine, with a new pump in there it will produce an appropriate pressure that is Satisfactory for the system. I know this because the hose blew off at 2400#, the system operates at 3500#. So thanks for selling me a car that not only had a $3800 bill, but also another $1000 bill within the first 72 hours of purchase. Next, So I got to pay my bill about $840, with a discount.. Luckily, my service contract pays for the ABC Pump install, which is kind of interesting because you only charged them $2500? Why the **** was it $3800 for me, but $2500 for them? Sorry I couldn't censor that one.. It really pissed me off.. So now that I know I won't be bringing this car or my GLK back to your "Dealership" except, for maybe a alignment.. You may say, "Oh, well these should be expected expenses on a S-Class and maybe you shouldn't of gotten yourself into this." Well here is what I would say to that.. Anyone who sells a car that has $5000 in repairs within 72 hours of purchase is obviously ripping people off.. These people get blacklisted by the military and it has put you in the same lot as "Chief's wholesale auto". Disappointment. Is by far a understatement for how I feel about Baker Motor Company. You sell and service Rolls Royce's and many other high-end cars, how do you sell someone a vehicle with this many problems? I specifically went to a Mercedes Dealership to have a great and hopefully safe experience, but your company messed that up immediately. Now as for some background, I am in the military and I have been screwed by used car salesman before, in that I was given a fake carfax. That was the best. It was only $3000 in repairs for that car. Thank you for making me relive that nightmare. I will never shop here again.
