What Others Say

Marcellus knowingly sold me a car with damage and communication was awful from the start. Last I checked I didn't get any discount for a messed up car. Can't reccomend this xxxxhole any less.

I previously had 2004 CRV. Serviced with previous ownership. Bought my current 2018 CRV at previous ownership at this site. New ownership is now doing away with lifetime oil changes unless you get all services there. 1½ wait for an oil change now at $99. New ownership has a lot to be desired. I now get my car serviced elsewhere unless it's under warranty.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership with the purchase of my Civic Hybid. Chris was reasonable and worked great in making a deal on my car and trade in. Sherri was there for the follow up and delivery, I drove 1 hour and a half for this deal and it was worth it!

This is an extremely shady dealership. We drove 3+ hours after days of phone calls discussing purchasing a used van. They refused to talk negotiations over the phone but ensured us multiple times we could speak more in depth about pricing and negotiate once we were in person. Only to drive down and them not being willing to budge on price a single cent. A waste of time, gas, PTO off work, and forcing our toddler to be in the car for a 6+ hour round trip. We even put down a deposit on the car we were looking at before making the trip and then they held our deposit for about 48 hours until after we left. Lastly, as we were leaving there magically happened to be another "family" that was interested in the exact van we were looking at as we were pulling out of the parking lot. Absolutely hilarious. I have lodged my complaints to the GM and received no response.

First off I would like to say Eric is a great salesperson and I have zero negative to say about his customer service. I purchased a low mileage used car here about a month ago. It had a paint blemish due to a PDR person that didn't know what they were doing. I was assured the car would be fixed. It now looks way worse after their "fix" than before. I had to refuse the work twice, and on the third time there are still runs, sanding marks, uneven paint, and trash in the clear. My car now looks like it has a salvage title due to cheap, unprofessional, shoddy paint work. I went from being excited about my new car to so disgusted that I am either going to spend money out of my own pocket to fix it or take a loss to trade it in. Sales may be great but the service department is extremely lacking.

I stopped by the Service department today to get the batteries in my key FOBs replaced and had the pleasure of meeting Louis. He replaced the batteries with a speed and expertise that was quite impressive. I told him I was having issues with the trunk release on my Accord, and he immediately figured out the remedy. Louis came out to my car and showed me the button in the glove compartment that was causing the problem. He completed all of this in record time and was so pleasant, not to mention having a great sense of humor! I will be returning when I am ready for my next Honda!
