Charged for Warranty That Was Never Funded or Delivered! Review: I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Honda of Huntersville. I was charged $979 for a “Hudson Protection Package” warranty that I later confirmed directly with the warranty provider (EXCELA Protect) was never funded, canceled the same day of sale, and completely zeroed out in their system. I paid for a product that was never delivered. When I brought this to the dealership’s attention and formally requested a refund, they refused, despite multiple communications and the fact that, by law, I have a right to cancel within 30 days. Their general manager dismissed my concern outright and ended the conversation. This is not a dispute about negotiations. This is about being charged for a nonexistent product—a clear consumer protection issue. I have since filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General’s Office and will pursue this with the Federal Trade Commission and other agencies if necessary. I negotiated this deal in good faith. I expected the same in return.

I’m a Honda Owner and will continue to be a Honda Owner. Let me break down how great the purchasing experience is from beginning to end. I was at Honda of Huntersville to have my current Accord Hybrid Serviced. Lewis handled all my service needs. I have been working with Lewis for years now. He makes your purchase complete. The way he handles service makes me never question why I bring my vehicle to Honda for service vs utilizing another vender. Since I was there and I was interested in pricing on a potential lease, I decided to ask questions. Eric, a Sales rep saw I was looking around and was there before I could ask. Eric instantly walked me out to the truck I wanted. Eric was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle. I had no questions. Eric walked me every inch of the truck and explained everything. Eric is exceptional. I told him I was interested in trading in two vehicles that were, let’s just say, not pretty to look at. I was honest and let them know up front the condition. Eric grabbed the Sales guru, Dani. He broke down my pricing options. Let me just say, just because you think your vehicles are not worth trying to trade in, ask. They offered me a deal I could not pass up. I didn’t even have to question the offer. Dani made me an offer for my trade in value that was too good to be true. He knew I wanted this truck and he made sure he worked out a deal that was exactly in the price range I gave him. This man is a number cruncher that will put a smile on your face. I then met with Carlos a credit manager. He worked his magic working in conjunction with the Lead Sales Rep Brian. I was able to get exactly the pricing I could afford. I will tell you; I purchased a brand-new Honda Ridgeline Truck. Our family loves it. Honda is great. They are straight forward and Honest. Every promise they offered to me, they honored. Everyone was so friendly. It was an exceptional experience. I recommend buying from Honda of Huntersville. If you don’t own a Honda, you should.

DO NOT SHOP HERE Had an incredibly awful experience with this dealership just last week. I picked out a pre-certified Honda and sent my son, since I was in Fl. to test drive it for me. I confirmed the night before with Anthony Underwood, for the test drive & my son took off of lunch hour, showed up at dealership and Anthony told him he'll go get the keys. He comes back to my son and says "...it's been sold 2 days ago". My son calls me and gave me the bad news. The next day I check web site and still see it up. I call and speak with a mgr. Robert and he checks and says the car IS available. I call my son AGAIN and confirm appt. My son shows up again on his lunch hour, test drives the car and ultimately I speak with Robert who claims to be the Manager and work out a price. We agree to a price, I fill out the paperwork online as instructed, for financing and Robert states registration and all paperwork will be completed on his end. I call for car insurance and have that all set with the VIN number. Good right? NOT AT ALL, I get a call that night at 730pm and Robert with Anthony Underwood in the back round informs me "Car got sold". I let them know how totally incompetent they are, professionally & otherwise. I will not be shopping at this dealership and I will spread the news "WARNING DO NOT SHOP HERE'. I will be reporting this to the GM & the Better Business Bureau.

Morris M the service manager and Kobe L the technician were outstanding in keeping me informed about what needed to be done to my Pilot and communicated in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them.

I've owned Honda's for years and the product isn't the same! The injectors on the 2018 Accord should be recalled! Anyway, sad that Honda dealers do not charge the same prices for service. I was quoted $1713.00 for fuel injectors parts and labor. This same service is $1444 at my dealer. My car broke down 100 miles from home and it was cheaper to tow it home and do all the needed services. It would be great if dealers were more interested in helping you get back on the road at a fair price instead of making money! The mark up on these parts and the labor is enough to make money without additional markups. Retail on the spark plugs are $40 and they charge $65 each. The $40 retail price is already marked up so I guess you need to make $60 a plug. It's just sad and poor business. I would have poad what my local Honda dealer charges for the same work. I guess making some money is not better than losing the business!!! I am actually getting new injectors, breather hose, and drive belt for less than $1200 vs just the injectors at $1713.00!

I was very pleased with lisa she is excellent at what she do and she is also dedicated when it comes to her job I enjoyed doing business with her thank again lisa
