My wife and I went to the dealership to look at the new Palisade calligraphy. I was at the dealership several months ago and spoke to a very nice young man who was very helpful. I could not remember his name, and the receptionist who was very helpful. Help me figure out who it was. During that time we were approached by a salesman named Dean, who completely took over the sale. He was knowledgeable, but very pushy. He was more concerned about qualifying me and my wife to see if we would qualify to buy this vehicle. He even asked me what I owed on my GMC 2500 Denali, which was not going to even be traded. We were unable to make a deal that night. I called the dealership the next day and asked to speak to the young man. I met a few months before. His name was Lucas. I explained the situation and how this gentleman tried to steal the sale away from him. We talked for a short period of time, and I told him where we would like to be at on the vehicle. He called me back when he got to work about an hour later. We were able to come to an agreement on a price and I picked up that vehicle Friday afternoon. I would love for Mr. Turner to know that had it not been for this young man Lucas we would not have purchased this vehicle. He has amazing personality, and people skills. He will truly put you and your family needs above everything else to make things happen for you. He is truly an asset to your company. He turned a bad situation around to a positive experience. We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle when it’s time for this young man, thank you Lucas for all your help and making the purchase painless.
