Lance Brenneman took the extra time to explain the vehicle to my wife and I, he is a great sales person, he also took the time to explain the paper work and he had alot of patience. Chris Shively went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with the cost of this vehicle. Josh Habegger helped us w/ the final paper work to finish out the deal on the vehicle. He was also a very professional Glenbrook dodge associate. We also had a manager that helped out to He helped us to push the deal through and was very professional and great to deal with, I forgot his name, so I apologize for that and I didn't get his business card, but everyone my wife and I dealt with was very nice and easy to deal with so I gave the dealership a five star rating. I most definitely would purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

This was the first used car I bought after finding on line. I looked at other options from other dealerships and never got the sense they knew the car or even understood my questions, and were even hiding things. Then I found the car I bought from Glenbrook, and the salesman was absolutely awesome, and finance got me a better rate than my own bank! The whole experience was the best buying experience I've ever had and I'll buy another car from them soon.
