We recently had our annual oil change and additional services including brake fluid and transmission routine maintenance service as we were approaching 30,000 miles. The online scheduling was very easy. Upon arrival at the dealership, Nick was excellent in explaining every item and he provided a printed cost estimate for the work to be performed. This is our third Accura over the years, and in our experience with reliability and service has been excellent. In the past 4 years, our current service center for our RDX has been Jackson Acura and we have been very happy with them and particularly with Nick's excellent service.

Estimated time of 1.5 hours was accurate. Waiting area was comfortable. Service was completed as needed
