It's funny they changed their name to 24 Ford of Easton.. covering themselves from Bay State Ford.. Had horrible experience with their service.. The owners father was better manger!!! Miss that guy . I had 2 vehicles from these people and both broke down within time like same day and a week apart. Weird ! Didn't have the best credit compare to now 812 . But I am happier with my Mercedes I bought brand new with no issues at other dealer.. Never got an apology from Mike !!! Never once But that's ok.. life goes on . But customers will always come and go ; Freedom of Reviews is the thing. ( CHANGING NAMES WONT COVER YOUR BAD SERVICE ) YOU WANT A NICE GO TO A DEALERSHIP WHO WATCHES YOUR BACK AT ALL TIMES.. !! They changed the name from baystate Ford i wonder why never got an apology for selling me 2 crapp cars both lemon laws and still had the nerve to hit my credit report becareful of this place..

Excellent dealership for sales and service. Salesperson Jaiden Gaskins is an excellent young man and sales man. He will work with you, is courteous and professional. It was a great buying experience. 24 Ford Quick Lane and Service Departments have been excellent for me over the years between the old Bay State Ford and 24 Ford. This was the 4th vehicle I have purchased over the years from them. Great dealership!
