My wife and I leased two 2022 Tiguans from Gunther V.W. in 2022. We found the service department and customer service extremely unsatisfactory. We were fortunate to find Schumacher V.W. Our service writer was Paul who could not be more accomodating. Through out our three year lease we were more than happy and never felt that we were an inconvenience. Paul always welcomed us and returned our calls with any of our concerns. Upon the expiration of our leases in December 2025 we leased two Teguans from Jared Ragosta our sales consultant at Schumacher W.P.B. Jared demonstrated his true professionalism throughout the entire transaction. This young man not only displayed his product knowledge but went above and beyond his job discription and made this transaction stress free and pleaserable as possible.
