If you’re looking for a new or pre-owned Toyota, then look no further than Koons Toyota Tysons. Great stock variety and availability. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Adil in Sales and Azmi in Finance. They took the headache out of buying a new car, explained all the options available to me, educated me on the products and made me feel valued. My Toyota Highlander broke down on road. Had car towed to Koons Tysons Toyota. They fixed everything (alternator, radiator, general maintenance) in 2 days and returned car to my home (2 mi. away). Car works great now. Wonderful service. Reasonable price. Longtime customer. Love their "Concierge Service."
This dealership is top notch. We had a problem with another dealership in Maryland and drove about an hour to Salem. He had our car sitting out front and ready for us. These was the easiest transaction ever on a car. The entire team treated my wife and I with respect and did not try to play any games. Chase in Finance was a big help as well. Thanks for making our experience very pleasant.
Jason Harvey was our salesperson and really went out of his way to help us get a red Toyota RAV4 XLE and answered all questions and set it up to be ready to go that day. Truly someone pleasurable to deal with take care of you. I hope all the car sales folks I gotta deal with are half as good as him. Bravo!!!
