My Toyota Highlander broke down on road. Had car towed to Koons Tysons Toyota. They fixed everything (alternator, radiator, general maintenance) in 2 days and returned car to my home (2 mi. away). Car works great now. Wonderful service. Reasonable price. Longtime customer. Love their "Concierge Service."

This dealership is top notch. We had a problem with another dealership in Maryland and drove about an hour to Salem. He had our car sitting out front and ready for us. These was the easiest transaction ever on a car. The entire team treated my wife and I with respect and did not try to play any games. Chase in Finance was a big help as well. Smooth buying experience with Masood Sultany at Koons Tysons. I worked with him for three days. I bought a new Camry and traded in my old car. He and the dealership were honest with me. I knew what I wanted and approximately what I would pay. I've bought new cars before and did not look forward to the experience, but Masood was professional and helpful.
