They are very helpful and very kindly explained all the details about my car! Also it’s very convenient service they have. Picked my car from my work place and dropped it off on time.
Muhammad Khan was courteous and soft-spoken, providing both my wife and me with a better experience. He was not pushy and pretty honest. This was our first Hybrid-Electric car, and we were apprehensive about buying it. However, from start to finish, he went over everything with patience. He took the time to answer all of our questions.
Devin did a great job to go above and beyond to acquire the parts need and get my car's windshield replaced same day before I had to go on a road trip, when Safelite couldn't get it done. Each time I go to Koons Tyson's Toyota, they find a way to get it done quickly.
Amazing service. The man deserves a raise, very helpful and informative. Told me exactly what the problem on my car was and got it properly repaired.
