This was a very simple and efficient process for me and my family. The team here was so helpful and nice. My situation was very unexpected and Justin from the service department put my mind at ease my questions were answered quickly and completely with pictures as well. During car troubles things can cause disruption in everyday life Justin was very understanding and helpful. This would be my second encounter with Five Star. I am very pleased with the customer service of the entire building. John the service department manager made sure that I was accommodated in every way and I greatly appreciate it. I will be coming back for future services and I would highly recommend anyone I know to come buy a car and even do service with them as well. Update: I received a phone call from Five Star Nissan and was refunded the total amount of my purchase. They apologized for the inconvenience that I went through and said there was a staff clerical error on their end that caused an overcharge. They will assess the issue firsthand in a staff meeting to implement changes, so this doesn't happen again. I received the check and believe that Five Star Nissan will do the best going forward, to make sure that all customers have an excellent experience when servicing their Nissan vehicle there. ************************* Beware! I called to check if this service department had a part I needed and they did. I made an appointment to install the part. But I was never provided a written estimate prior to work being done and I got ripped off. The mechanic got $400 for less than 1 hour work. They use the lie that their rates are higher due to their location. That is xx! I will be reporting them to the GA consumer Protection to investigate their fraudulent activities.

In the 20 years I've been buying cars, this was one of my favorite, hassle-free experiences! They rolled out the red carpet. From when I inquired online, a real person answered all of my questions to when I arrived, and our salesperson greeted my wife and me, and both vehicles were in the front with our names in the window. ( My wife was impressed because she thought I planned it ) We were in there for no longer than a couple of hours. This was my fault because I had a million questions that my salesperson Roberth Licona kindly answered. I want to give honorable mentions to the Managers who worked to meet our expectations and exceed them. Managers: Kyle J, Mike R, and Heather M, To Both our salespeople Steven Rump and Roberth Licona! Thank you, Five Star. Today was special!!

Aiyana was extremely helpful and very considerate of me. She took time to explain every process that was taking place while waiting.
