Ulysses Gaytan was the worst service advisor Ive ever been served with. On Dec, 12, 2025 I went to this dealership for 5k maintenance service. And paid $1600 for the whole repairment. 2 weeks later, the check engine light was on, so I ad to drive back this past Monday. Ulysses does nothing but only taking photos of the vehicle, and didn't even estimate how much will it cost for theservice, instead keep saying it won't be charge so far. Once the vehicle was ready he said that he will have to charge us for the gas cap loosen, originally $225, but he discounted to $150. I asked why. He said it's not someting they did while the repairment, but it's we did something that caused the light on. Until I asked him to get me the supervisor for a better clarification then he discharged the service. I hope the dealer take serious action and look into this occasion deeper, due to his serving attitude was completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I had a recall on my Mazda and was notified to bring it in. I made an appointment and brought my car in. The gentleman who assisted, Ulysses Gaytan, was kind and helpful. I left my car there overnight, they did the repairs. When I came back, they let me have my car without trying to upsell me on anything and like that, I was off. It was a great experience.

So my service advisor i was mainly working with was great, very helpful and honest. However after i picked my car up this last time the airbag light was on. They didnt tell me. When i asked they said they noticed it during their work but couldnt be what they had done. So part of my issue was i needed my window regulator fixed, so they opened up the whole door to get to it. Told me it would be over a $900 fix. Told them no. So got the car back with the new airbag light etc. i looked up the window regulator, it was a $60 part, and fixed it myself. No way that was anywhere close to $900 work. It took me 25 minutes to do. Not only that, after i put everything together the airbag light is off. What xx

I just bought my CX9 five days ago at Tuttle Click Ford in San Juan Capistrano. I had an appointment set and took my 2022 CX9 in for a new key and reprograming and a steering issue. Upon arrival the service manager suggested I come back another time or I might have to weight two to three hours. I chose to wait for my vehicle.. The new key reprograming went fine. The other issue was ,the Cars steering wheel is not straight and I asked to have it repaired /straightened. The mechanic said he drove it around the lot and it was straight no problems. That's simple not the case. I learned there IS a service bulletin on this exact issue! . I wouldn't have asked to have it fixed if it were not a problem. It is definitely not straight when driving on a flat surface. I asked the service representative , Jacqueline, to please let me speak with the technician and have him drive it with me to show him the actual issue. They refused to do it claiming he was too busy ! She said "you wouldn't interrupt a Doctor during surgery would you ?" Seriously! I had an appointment for this issue and they said I would have to reschedule and come back another time when they weren't so busy . This was very disappointing. ON a good note the sales crew were very friendly and engaging during my waiting time..

Everything was superb. My first online car purchase with them went better than I ever expected. Would never need to step in a dealership ever again.
