I have always had great service and never have been disappointed. Service team is great.

The shop does a nice job, but one of the reasons I brought my vehicle in, besides the 1 year checkup and oil change, was to make sure the Freon was still holding (vehicle is a new 2025 Atlas and was in to Schmelz 3 times over the summer due to not working). With this visit, I learned that the Freon was still not holding, and was disappointed to be told next time if the Freon isn’t holding, they will look further into it- making this the 5th time of depleted Freon on my brand new vehicle.
