Sales experience was positive the salesmen Eric was knowledgeable and accommodating to my schedule. The finance and paperwork signing had me on high alert after a miscommunication about added warranties and packages included in the deal that I previously declined. The vehicle condition upon delivery was subpar, there was grease, scratches and the windows still had the suction cup ring marks from the factory. Once I got my vehicle home the first thing I did was to detail the entire vehicle inside and out.

It was a great experience, Dylan and his boss were great. Thanks Jeff (Manager). Tamara was super nice. Just one feedback, You could not even offer any goodies, even a small keychain. I was told that have nothing to offer. 😂 if you do not have budget, charge customer in pricing, but must offer goodies, it goes long way. I am sure this would not cost you more than $5 or 10.
