The salesperson, Julio Valdez, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the purchase worthwhile. He was straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. He followed up promptly on every phone call and email, demonstrating excellent communication and professionalism. When we encountered an issue with an unwanted extended warranty—something that was not his responsibility—Julio did a fantastic job resolving the situation quickly and effectively.
