Jon made sure me and my wife got the best deal and took care of us letting us know about our issue and even though our vehicle was out of warranty, that VW would still cover it being it was a known problem. Appreciate the honesty - most dealers would have told us we're screwed and made us pay 100%, but he went to bat for us - super dude and honest seller - my wife's vehicle issues have gone away now - many thanks!
