Must admit I was disappointed very Much in the actions by , transparency and tactics of the sales group at this dealership - the review would be so much worse had not been the actions one financial director (kerlyn barbosa) who did everything she could to make up for some of the frustrations I had and made my negative experience feel less then when I originally left the dealership - she was open - listened to my rants - and actually seemed to work to make customers happy. Jacob's service is great! However, Napleton VW's service quote was around $2,800 for Front/Rear brakes incl new rotors, (4) tires and an alignment. I ended up going to Tires Plus and the total was $2,004... and that included LIFETIME alignment and Road Hazard for the tires. All I ended up getting done at Napleton VW was a Schedule 1 Service for $176. My future oil changes will be $100 at Tires Plus. I really appreciate Napleton's level of service such as the Inspection Video by the Service Technician, Kyle, and the recommended items that I can view and Approve/Decline right from my phone, but I don't like it so much that I'll pay an extra $700. Again, Jacob's service is 10/10!
