Efficient, didn’t keep me waiting. Professional, friendly staff, provided updates and what was serviced and cost. Comfortable waiting area.
This was my first time researching and searching for a new car entirely online. Brattleboro Subaru was responsive, friendly, interested in assisting but not obnoxious. I had a few specific requirements for my search and some specific needs in completing the deal and the Brattleboro team was wonderfully accommodating. I love driving my new Subaru Forester. Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful and efficient and paying attention to detail, I appreciated the video of the mechanic going through all the checks!
I don't know who Amanda Crosby is! As for our experience at the dealership, it was all good except it is frustrating when you have online interaction with someone and then when you go in in person you are not able to deal with them, you get transferred to someone else! You need to change your protocol so once a potential customer reaches out and someone responds that same person is the one they work with in person if they come into the dealership. That part was VERY frustrating. We were happy with the deal we go in the end and so far are happy with the car. We do wonder about your record keeping, we did not work with any of the people listed below! We also did not have service work done!
Everything was completed on time , exception of a bad part, they had to keep me another day. Amanda was very professional and knew how to handle the situation>
Communication about needed repairs and costs was excellent, and there were no surprises in the billing when I picked up my vehicle.
