We visited Classic Kia in Waukegan to view and test-drive a certified pre owned car we saw online. Our daughter needed to trade-in her old minivan for a newer car for college and work commutes. We got a fair price on our trade-in and the car we purchased was just what she wanted. Jenny made our entire visit go smoothly, and she is very helpful and friendly. We had to return a week later to return some paperwork and get a 2nd key/fob. The service was done without delay and the whole experience was excellent.
