After looking for several weeks to find the right truck (very strict criteria) they came up with the perfect truck and were above fair on my trade. Professional experience from salesman Cameron Weeks (very genuine guy) all the way to the general manager Terry Groff, who went above and beyond for the sell. Dusty Wilson finance manager, didn't try to oversell but did advise and inform of various options/products, made it quick and painless.

I needed my transmission services for scheduled maintenance. They were super busy and only had appointments out about a month. I was told to come in the next morning and they would work me in. Upon getting there at 7:30 they seemed confused and said I had to schedule it. After I told them that I was told to come in they chatted for awhile and finally said they would do it while I waited. My advisor was Jose/Juan (apologies for now recalling) I believe and he was super friendly and helpful. I’m very happy how it turned out and no longer worried about the transmission.

2019 Ram 2500 I have 3 recalls for my truck I brought it over to have them fixed. They fix 2 out of 3, and during this process I got asked if I considered replacing the engine air filter and cabin filter for around $ 250.00 being recommended. I decline this action because I can do it for a fraction of that cost $ 57.00 my self. Today I decided to have that checked and I notice a bolt missing from air filter box due to negligence. Thanks to Kristine Williams person that I contacted I have that bolt missing replaced. I hope I’m not exaggerating but I care and maintain my vehicles and I will like that the mechanics from this facility to be more responsible when they work on people cars.

My ignition electronics were damaged and North Point Chrysler did a good job repairing them. Curtis was my service manager and he did a great job of keeping me informed about parts availability and the status of the repair. (It took several weeks to locate the parts).

Fantastic experience with Jeff Michaels the owner who took a lot of time out his busy day to get my Hellcat built and ordered!!
